We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Coordinator to join our Government Managed Services team. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with hiring managers, recruitment suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the efficient and compliant management of contingent workforce recruitment activities.

About the Role

As a Program Coordinator, you will act as the key point of contact for hiring managers and recruitment suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination of contingent workforce hiring activities. You'll provide operational support across the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining service excellence, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role follows a hybrid working model, with attendance onsite 2-3 days per week and standard business hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Occasional time at the client's site may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment suppliers to facilitate contingent workforce hiring activities

• Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and support

• Ensure compliance requirements and service level agreements are consistently achieved

• Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure all required worker documentation and information is completed accurately

• Deliver an outstanding experience for hiring managers, suppliers, and candidates

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the client organisation

• Respond to enquiries and service requests within agreed KPIs and SLAs

• Manage activities within the Vendor Management System (VMS), including requisitions, work orders, bookings, and extensions

• Deliver training and guidance to hiring managers and recruitment suppliers on systems and processes

• Support Level 1 dispute resolution between clients and suppliers where required

• Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and stakeholder reporting

• Promote positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes and stakeholder engagement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Ensure all ticket and call management activities meet agreed service standards

About You

Essential Experience & Skills

• 2-3 years' experience in a customer service, recruitment coordination, recruitment, or talent acquisition role

• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong influencing and relationship management capabilities

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to prioritise competing tasks and respond quickly to stakeholder needs

• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment

• Experience using Fieldglass or other Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

• Exposure to contingent workforce management or labour hire environments
