We're looking for a Casual Retail Showroom Consultant to become part of our close-knit team. This isn't just another retail position—it's an opportunity to represent the Village brand and help create memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors.

About the Role

No two days are the same at Village. You'll be involved in all aspects of our showroom, including:

• Welcoming and assisting clients throughout the showroom.

• Building genuine relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Understanding clients' needs and helping them find pieces they'll love.

• Processing sales and customer orders.

• Receiving deliveries, unpacking and barcoding stock.

• Maintaining inspiring showroom displays.

• Ensuring the showroom is beautifully presented to the highest standard including general cleaning, vacuuming and daily presentation.

• Supporting different areas of the business wherever required.

About You

Experience in furniture, homewares or interiors would be an advantage, but it's certainly not essential. What matters most is who you are.

You'll be someone who:

• Loves working with people and creating genuine connections.

• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys starting conversations.

• Genuinely enjoys creating outstanding customer experiences rather than simply making sales.
