We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Storeperson to join our Logistics team in Ringwood.

 This person will ensure inventory accuracy throughout the business, ensuring timely receipt and supply of inventory in support of all production departments, and internal/external customers. 

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Achievement of KPI’s for the issue of raw materials and delivery of finished goods

• Receipt of goods in accordance with dedicated QC levels

• Ensure all goods are stored in accordance with OH&S requirements and to maintain product integrity

• Maintain inventory accuracy

• Identify and recommend improvement activities in stock control

• Participation in cycle counting process

• Data entry relating to inventory transactions into MRP system

• Housekeeping and other duties as required.

Skills required:

• Experienced in warehousing/stores procedures and protocols.

·         Previous experience in a Medical Devices, Pathology or Analytical stores environment would be highly regarded.

·         Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

·         Ability to adapt and share responsibilities with a small team.

·         Load/unload trucks using a Walkie Stacker

·         Receive/put-away and pick/dispatch stock

·         Local and interstate transport booking experience an advantage

·         Familiarity with lot/batch and expiry-controlled products

·         Strong computer skills, Email, Word, Excel

·         Understand the importance of accuracy when picking customer orders

·         Good communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         A positive "can-do" attitude and exceptional teamwork skills

·         Physically fit for manual work
