Service Coordinator

About the role
This role is responsible for coordinating a team of commercial HVAC technicians, ensuring service jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Working from the office in Artarmon, you'll become part of a supportive team culture where your contribution is valued.
Key responsibilities
Coordinating and scheduling a team of commercial HVAC techniciansManaging service bookings, call-outs and planned maintenance schedulesCommunicating with customers regarding service appointments and updatesMonitoring job progress and technician utilisationLiaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of worksUpdating service information and job records using ServiceM8Processing work orders, purchase orders and related administrationDelivering a high standard of customer service and support
About you
Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or similar roleExperience coordinating field-based technicians or tradespeopleStrong administration and organisational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesExperience using ServiceM8 (highly regarded)The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demandsA positive, team-focused attitude
