Formwork Supervisor – Long-Term Opportunity | Perth Metro

ACC Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Formwork Supervisor to join our team.

With ongoing projects across the Perth Metro area, both North and South of the River, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants stability, responsibility and long-term career progression with a growing WA construction company.

We’re looking for a supervisor who can lead from the front, manage crews effectively and take ownership of delivering formwork packages safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

As a Formwork Supervisor with ACC, you’ll play a key role in managing our formwork operations on site. You’ll work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, engineers and other trades to keep projects on schedule and ensure works are completed correctly the first time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating formwork crews on site

• Planning daily activities and effectively allocating labour

• Reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings

• Setting out, checking and inspecting formwork prior to concrete pours

• Coordinating with site management, engineers and other trades

• Ensuring formwork is constructed safely, accurately and to specification

• Managing crew productivity, quality and project deadlines

• Organising labour, materials, plant and equipment requirements

• Identifying and resolving issues before they impact the project

• Conducting pre-pour checks and ensuring works are ready for concrete placement

• Maintaining high standards of WHS, housekeeping and site organisation

• Leading by example and maintaining a positive, productive site culture

We’re looking for someone who has strong formwork experience and knows how to lead a crew, plan ahead and keep a project moving.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Formwork Supervisor, Leading Hand or Senior Formwork Carpenter

• Strong knowledge of commercial formwork and concrete construction

• Experience managing crews and coordinating site activities

• The ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

• Strong understanding of formwork systems and construction methods

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• A strong focus on safety, quality and productivity

• The ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

• A reliable and professional approach to work

• Relevant Australian construction experience

• Current White Card

• Relevant trade qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
