Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and dispatch daily online orders with accuracy and speedProcess returns end-to-end: garment QC, refunds, exchanges, and credit notesRespond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a clear, solutions-focused mannerAssist in managing stock intake, checking, and storageMaintain stockroom organisation and quality control standardsSupport regular stocktakes and inventory accuracyWork alongside the team to ensure smooth daily operations across dispatch and customer service
The Ideal CandidateAtleast 3 years previous experience in retail, dispatch, or customer service (fashion preferred but not essential)Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with a customer-first mindsetReliable and able to work independently within a small teamComfortable in a hands-on, physical role (on your feet, moving stock)Looking for part-time, consistent hours (suited to school hours or flexible study schedules)A proactive, adaptable, and problem solving mindset
