We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Storage Consultant to join our team.

As our Storage Consultant, you’ll be the face of DGSS, assisting customers throughout their storage journey while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, administration, sales and site operations.

·         Open and or close the facility each day, ensuring the premises are secure.

·         Assist customers in person, by phone and via email.

·         Match customers with suitable self-storage units, warehouse spaces and office suites.

·         Conduct site tours and explain the features and benefits of our storage solutions.

·         Prepare rental agreements and maintain accurate customer records.

·         Process payments and reconcile transactions accurately.

·         Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented facility.

·         Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.

·         Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when required.

·         Comply with company policies and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have:

·         Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

·         Strong administration and computer skills with excellent attention to detail.

·         The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.

·         Sales experience or confidence identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.

·         A current forklift licence (essential).

·         A current driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred).

Experience in self-storage, property, warehousing, logistics, retail or customer service will be highly regarded but is not essential.
