About Us We are a small-scale, director-led architectural studio based in Auchenflower. Driven by two registered architect directors and a supportive team of junior staff, we design and deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects. We prioritize technical precision, clear communication, and a balanced, human-centered work environment.

The Role We are seeking a Revit-proficient Draftsperson to join our team on a part-time basis (~20 hours per week). Clarity of documentation is the primary focus of this role. You will work closely with the directors to produce clean, detailed working drawings across all project phases—from initial site measurement to planning and final construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, clear architectural documentation and detailing using Revit.

• Assist in preparing town planning and Development Application (DA) packages.

• Conduct site visits for field verification and physical site measurements.

• Coordinate technical design details alongside directors and external consultants.

Key Requirements

• High Revit Competency: Advanced proficiency required (a practical Revit skills assessment is part of the application process).

• Technical Knowledge: Mid-to-high understanding of construction detailing and local Queensland building standards.

• Accuracy: Strong eye for detail and high standards for drawing clarity and presentation.

• Adaptability: Proactive attitude and willingness to work flexibly within a small team environment.
