Our Opportunity
We're looking for a Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of custom application development projects across government and private sector clients.Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects and programs.Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.Partner closely with customers to build trusted relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business and domain.Work with development teams to ensure delivery remains on track and risks are proactively managed.Manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, resources, dependencies, and delivery timelines.Provide regular status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.Coordinate release planning and go-live activities.Support discovery activities and requirements gathering workshops.Collaborate with architects, developers, QA specialists, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.Contribute to invoicing, forecasting, and project financial management.Take a pragmatic approach to process and governance, balancing delivery outcomes with project controls.Occasionally assist with business analysis, testing coordination, or other delivery activities on smaller projects.
About You You will have proven experience in the below, this will be essential in setting you up for success.
3-5+ years experience in project management, delivery management, or agile delivery.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience delivering application development and software projects.Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and project governance forums.Strong understanding and experience in Agile delivery methodologies.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resources.Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.Builds trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.Is equally comfortable talking with developers and executives.Can balance structure and governance with a practical, outcomes-focused mindset.Takes ownership of delivery outcomes.Enjoys solving problems and removing roadblocks.Is adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats when required.Brings a consulting mindset and customer-first approach to their work.
