Job description:

Key responsibilities:

• Lead communications and engagement activities across the transformation lifecycle.
• Develop audience-specific communication strategies and plans.
• Craft executive communications, presentations, manager toolkits and employee content.
• Facilitate town halls, listening forums and engagement activities.
• Equip leaders and managers with tools and messaging to support change.
• Monitor engagement and adoption metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.

About you: You will ideally have:

• Significant communications and engagement experience within transformation programs.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, ERP or operating model change.
• Outstanding written communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience engaging senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong planning and execution capability.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

This role will leverage Microsoft Copilot, including Copilot Chat and AI-powered agents, to help develop, refine and execute work outputs. While deep technical expertise is not required, candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Copilot and have a willingness to incorporate AI-assisted tools into their day-to-day work.
