Sekel Grinberg Leggat is looking for an ambitious 2–3 PQE Property Lawyer to join our growing Sydney property practice.

The work

You'll gain broad experience across property law, including acquisitions and disposals, property development, commercial and retail leasing, put and call options, due diligence, contract negotiations, conveyancing and general property advice.

You'll work closely with senior practitioners but won't spend your career sitting behind them. As you develop, you'll be encouraged to deal directly with clients, negotiate transactions and take genuine ownership of your matters.

Your work will include:

• Commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals

• Property development transactions

• Commercial and retail leasing

• Put and call options

• Due diligence and contract negotiations

• Conveyancing and broader property transactions

• General property and commercial advice

About you

You'll have approximately 2–3 years' PQE and experience in property law or more.

We're looking for someone who is bright, commercially minded, a great communicator and, importantly, keen to learn and become an exceptional property lawyer.
