We’re Hiring – Floor Staff | Cali Beach Club

Cali Beach Club is hiring high-energy Floor Staff to join our fast-paced team on the Cali floor.

This role is similar to waitstaff, with a strong focus on guest interaction, floor service, and keeping the venue running smoothly during busy services.

The Role
As Floor Staff, you will:

• Provide service and support to guests across the Cali floor
• Assist with drinks, clearing, and general floor operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
• Support bar, bottle service, and teams as needed
• Help manage guest flow and overall floor experience

About You
You are:

• Friendly, confident, and outgoing
• Comfortable engaging with large crowds
• Fast, organised, and proactive
• Well-presented and professional
• A strong team player with great energy
• Available Friday–Sunday

(Hospitality or nightlife experience is highly regarded.)
