Help Older Australians Navigate Care with Confidence 

At Pinq Care, we help older Australians remain safe, independent and connected in their own homes. Combining clinical expertise with a genuinely personal approach, we guide clients and families through Support at Home and Home Care Package services with confidence. 

We’re looking for a Customer Success Officer to nurture enquiries, build trusted relationships, and support families through important care decisions. 

About the Role 

You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and their families, helping them understand their options and guiding them through their aged care journey. 

This is a sales-focused role, but success comes from empathy, relationship-building and genuine care, not hard selling. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Follow up enquiries from website, marketing and referral channels 
• Build relationships with prospective clients and families via phone, email and SMS 
• Explain Pinq Care services, Support at Home and Home Care Packages in a clear, reassuring way 
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through HubSpot 
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities 
• Collaborate with the Growth & Partnerships team to improve client experience and conversion outcomes 
• Support relationship-building initiatives with referral and service partners 

About You 

• Experience in customer service, sales, lead nurturing or customer success 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• A consultative, people-first approach to sales 
• Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment 
• Comfortable using CRM systems 

Desirable: 

• HubSpot experience 
• Knowledge of aged care, Support at Home or Home Care Packages 
• Experience in business development, customer success or healthcare-related sales
