Experience the Summer of Tennis like never before. Join our team of amazing volunteers in Hobart and go behind-the-scenes to help us deliver truly memorable moments for the world’s best players and their fans. The Hobart International will run from 9 January 2027 – 16 January 2027.

Volunteers are the backbone of our sport, from grassroots tennis through to our elite, international tournaments. As well as giving back to the community, a volunteer role at our Summer of Tennis events provides valuable sporting and events industry experience, perks throughout the event, and you’ll meet an exceptional group of like-minded volunteers. We are dedicated to creating an event, tennis community, and team where everyone feels welcome, included, and represented. Our people are team players: they are imaginative, humble, collaborative and strive for excellence.

Your path to join the team

Apply Online Submit your details using the ‘apply’ button below. Confirm your availability and role preferences (you can nominate up to two). Consideration of preferences will depend on our requirements for the event. Team Interviews / Information Sessions You will be invited to a group assessment / information session, which are happening in October and November.
