About the role

RISE Scaffold Management is seeking motivated and skilled Scaffolders to join our growing team based in the North and Southeast. This role offers opportunities for interstate travel and career progression, working on some of Australia's most high-profile events. Experienced labourers ready to step up in the scaffolding industry are also welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding on event and construction sites
• Carrying out daily safety checks and adjusting to ensure compliance
• Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards and working to our SWMS
• Collaborating with site and event teams to ensure smooth installations and hassle-free operations
• Mentoring less experienced crew members and encouraging their development
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and hours worked

About you

• Valid scaffolding licence (SB, SI, or SA)
• Hands-on experience in scaffolding
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans/drawings and retain key information for completion of the project
• Reliable, safety-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Physically fit and confident working at heights
• Team player with a strong work ethic who takes pride in completing jobs on time and without call-backs
