We’re currently looking for reliable, motivated Driller’s Offsiders to join our growing team.

This is a permanent full-time position from Day One — no casual contracts and no uncertainty about where you stand.

About the Role As a Driller’s Offsider, you’ll work alongside the Driller to support the safe and efficient operation of drilling activities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and dismantling drilling rigs
• Assisting with drilling operations
• Maintaining and preparing equipment
• Keeping the worksite clean, organised and safe
• Following company and site safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to get the job done safely and efficiently

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, so you’ll need to be fit, safety-conscious, reliable and willing to get stuck in.
What We’re Looking For

• A valid manual driver’s licence — HR licence highly regarded
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Willingness to work in remote locations and physically demanding environments
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and a genuine commitment to safety
• Previous drilling, mining or labouring experience is preferred, but not essential
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills
