Customer Service & Membership Administration - TEMP ROLE

Role DescriptionCurrently seeking a highly organised and customer focused Member Support Administrator to join a Membership Team for a 5 week temporary contract.
Ideally suited to an individual with strong administration, customer service and conflict resolution skills who can quickly adapt and contribute to a busy member support environment. The role will support with outbound and inbound member communications, maintaining accurate membership records, processing applications & payments, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities:Conduct allocated outbound calls, including membership welcome calls, follow-up on unpaid subscriptions, member detail updates, and other member engagement activities.Answer and manage incoming member enquiries in a professional and timely manner.Process membership applications & payments accurately and efficiently.Maintain membership database records and ensure a high level of data integrity.Respond to membership enquiries and undertake routine follow-up activities.Provide general administrative support to the Member Support Team as required.Assist with coverage across the Membership Support Team and undertake other duties as directed during the contract period.
Experience and qualificationsTo be considered you will have:Experience in a membership administration, customer service, contact centre, or similar administrative role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional and confident telephone manner.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately under pressure.Experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications.
