Customer Care Consultant Trade Store - Broken Hill NSW

The Role

We are looking for an approachable and proactive Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal service within our Broken Hill Trade Store!

Acting as the face of the business, you will bring friendliness and effective communication over the phone, in person and over email. You’ll be crucial in delivering a fantastic customer service experience and helping keep our store in order.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
• Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is highly regarded.
• Positive and clear customer service manner - both verbally and over email.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Work well both autonomously and in a small team environment.

Previous experience to industrial sales/trade stores is highly regarded but not required for success in this role.
