The Role

• Manage electrical D&C projects from award through to completion.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, budgets, forecasting and project programmes.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Liaise closely with clients, builders and key project stakeholders.
• Manage variations, commercial performance and project reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Drive strong project outcomes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You

• 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong Design & Construct experience, ideally across warehouses, logistics or industrial facilities.
• NSW Electrical Licence with strong technical electrical knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage projects across design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Strong commercial understanding across budgets, forecasting, variations and P&L.
• Confident managing clients, builders, consultants and subcontractors.
