About The Role
Join the Speech Pathology team at Cootamundra as part of a dynamic, supportive multidisciplinary Allied Health team. You'll assess, diagnose, and treat clients across the lifespan within a passionate and well-connected Speech Pathology network across MLHD.

Key Accountabilities
Deliver patient-centred speech pathology services in line with professional, legal, and ethical standards Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including progress notes, care plans, and referrals Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating cultural awareness and a commitment to Aboriginal health outcomes Participate in clinical supervision, professional development, and quality improvement activities

Our Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Clinical experience across a range of practice areas, delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care including via telehealth Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Confident problem-solver with the ability to analyse situations and develop practical solutions using available resources Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement
