Store Business Manager – Bondi Junction Concessions (David Jones & Myer)

M.J. Bale is looking for two experienced Store Business Managers to lead our Bondi Junction concessions—one in David Jones and one in Myer.

Founded in Australia in 2009, M.J. Bale is a leading Australian menswear brand with more than 80 stores and concessions. We are a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your concession, leading your team, driving sales and delivering the level of service M.J. Bale is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing your team
• Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Delivering expert advice across suiting, fit and styling
• Managing rosters, stock and daily store operations
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Working closely with M.J. Bale and the David Jones or Myer store leadership team

You’ll bring:

• Retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear
• A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
• The ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong customer service and clienteling skills
• A good eye for styling, presentation and detail
• A hands-on, organised approach to store operations
• Availability across a seven-day retail roster
