Build and grow our Queensland Service business

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineering Manager to lead and grow our water and wastewater service portfolio across Queensland.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining engineering, operations, customer relationships and business growth.

Consider this as a start- up opportunity, we have prospects and existing clients who require our services. You will take ownership of the service lifecycle

following project delivery, ensuring assets perform reliably while developing new service opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Queensland Service portfolio.
• Lead engineers, technicians, operators and contractors.
• Provide technical leadership across water and wastewater treatment assets.
• Drive asset performance, reliability and customer outcomes.
• Identify and develop service, maintenance and aftermarket opportunities.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations and Business Development to deliver growth.
• Develop strong, long-term customer relationships.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Environmental, Civil, Mechanical or Process Engineering.
• Significant experience in water and wastewater treatment.
• Proven technical or service leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of asset reliability, maintenance and lifecycle performance.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to build and grow a service business.
• Strong customer, communication and leadership skills.
• Able to travel remotely, and travel interstate as required  
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and results driven.
