Scheduler/Coordinator - Glenwood

We are seeking a Scheduler/Coordinator to join our team in Glenwood. You will be responsible for managing and scheduling trades, invoicing, quoting, answering queries and calls, organising reports, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  
About you: We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong experience as a Scheduler or Service Coordinator
• Previous experience in the plumbing, construction, trades industry
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and Excel skills, and great attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team player who is reliable
