Synergie is seeking an entry level Civil Plant Operators to join us on the Capricorn Coast and Surrounds

Synergie is seeking experienced Civil Roller operators for Multiple Roller civil roles with labouring located Rockhampton and surrounding areas.

The important parts:

• 10/4 Roster, overtime available
• Meals and Accommodation
• 11 months ongoing contract, immediate start

What you will be required to do:

• Operate rollers safely and efficiently across civil, roadworks and earthworks projects.
• Complete compaction works in line with site specifications and supervisor direction.
• Assist with general civil labouring, site preparation and clean-up.
• Complete pre-start checks and report any equipment, maintenance or safety concerns.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous roller operating experience in civil construction, roadworks, earthworks or similar environments.

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
