Insight Early Learning - Southlakes is looking for passionate and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators and Trainees to join our growing team. We have opportunities available for casual, part-time and full-time employment.

In this role, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to advocating children and aligning with Insight Early Learning’s philosophy of Wisdom, Innovation, Sustainability and Equity.
You will be responsible for implementing an approved learning framework and supporting the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children. This involves creating a safe, inclusive environment that supports diversity and encourages children to develop self-confidence and self-esteem.
A typical day may include:
Actively supervising and engaging with children, supporting their curiosity and learning
Supporting children’s learning through investigation, projects, and play-based experiences
Monitoring children’s health, nutrition, and hygiene, while providing emotional support and guidance
Changing nappies and attending to children’s personal care needs
Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for both children and staff
Building strong relationships with children, families, caregivers, and team members
Collaborating with the team, Room Leader, and/or Educational Leader to observe, document, and assess children’s developmental progress, and continuously reflect on and improve the educational program
Being flexible to support any room or area where help is needed
Performing cleaning duties and maintaining hygiene standards as required
Working in line with Insight’s philosophy, policies, and procedures
Performing ad hoc duties as required
Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (must have)
Current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (must have)
Proven experience working in an early learning setting
Warm, positive and collaborative approach
Willingness to support children across different age groups
Experience using Xplor or similar systems (advantageous but not essential)
