2027 School-based and Adult Traineeship Program

The Northern Territory Government Traineeship program is designed as an entry point to a career pathway with the Northern Territory Government. The Traineeship program offers paid employment in a supported environment and on the job training, alongside a nationally recognised qualification to kick-start your career. Applications are coordinated by the Early Careers Team for consideration by multiple agencies. Certificate levels range from II, III and, IV. There are numerous career pathway opportunities available from, Business, Finance, IT, Community Services, Education Support and Health plus more. Most employment offers are for a 12 month period, the employment contract duration will vary dependant on the nominal duration of the qualification. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
