Servicing Financial Planner

 
An established and growing financial planning practice in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Servicing Financial Planner to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner who enjoys developing genuine, long-term client relationships and providing quality, personalised financial advice. You will work with an established portfolio of clients, providing ongoing strategic advice and helping clients achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.

You will be supported by experienced administration and paraplanning professionals, allowing you to focus on client relationships and the delivery of quality advice.

Your role will involve managing an existing client base and providing ongoing advice across a range of financial planning areas.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting annual and ongoing client review meetings
• Developing, preparing and presenting strategic financial advice
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Reviewing existing strategies and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes
• Responding to client enquiries and providing ongoing advice and support
• Working closely with administration and paraplanning teams to implement recommendations
• Liaising with superannuation funds, investment platforms, insurers and other professional advisers
• Ensuring all advice and client interactions meet relevant regulatory and compliance requirements

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner who is confident working with clients and enjoys taking a relationship-based approach to financial advice.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience providing holistic financial advice
• Strong knowledge of superannuation, investments and retirement planning
• Knowledge of personal insurance and Centrelink strategies
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Relevant financial planning qualifications and the ability to meet current adviser education requirements
• Experience with AMS Platform Plus will be highly regarded
