Senior Project Manager

Job Description

As the Senior Project Manager in the ANZ Special Ops team, you will act as an in-house consultant, working on solving the business's most complex and operationally important problems from scoping to delivering results and embedding them in BAU. These projects usually span multiple departments and require cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving, and a continuous-improvement mindset to elevate the HelloFresh business.

This 12 month contract  is based in Chippendale, Sydney  and reports to the Associate Director Special Ops.

You will...

• Lead, contribute to, and project manage complex operational and strategic initiatives aimed at meeting the strategic objectives of HelloFresh.
• Originate and develop complex projects that will have a positive impact on our teams, product, customers, suppliers, revenue, and costs.
• Work directly with our Senior Management Team, C-Suite, and Global stakeholders to spearhead innovation projects focused on scaling our operations and expanding the customer offering.
• Collaborate with product managers and operations champions to assess initial feasibility of new products and projects.
• Lead or support full operational scoping, monitor implementation, and guide roadmap planning for new products and projects.
• Continuously improve our operational processes and tools used.
• Liaise with global stakeholders on best practices for implementing projects and market performance.

You have...

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in food or management consulting.
• Mastery of technical skills, with the ability to independently apply project management frameworks and tools.
• Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Google Slides and Sheets.
• Strong up and downward management skills with clear communication (written and oral equally).
• Proficiency in AI literacy is essential.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms (such as SQL, Tableau, Databricks, or PowerBI) is highly regarded.
