As an experienced Civil Engineer, you will be a senior member of the project teams.
Your roles will be multi-faceted with the key objectives to;
Operate as a skilled project engineer to achieve best for project and company outcomes.
Lead, mentor and develop project teams to perform quality work and operate efficiently.

Bellequip is a Rockhampton based family owned company whom specializes in the construction of civil, road and drainage projects.
In recent years we have been delivering major defence, local government and DTMR projects and have built a reputation for getting the job done and performing to a high standard, achieving key project outcomes always.

Skills and experience
A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduation experience (though 4 years + would be preferred).
12 months + main roads experience would be preferred.
Experience in road construction and bulk earthworks would be preferred.
Ability to lead and manage teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget would be preferred.
High level of ability interpreting plans, specifications and contract documents to achieve best for project and company outcomes would be preferred.
Practical experience and ability to apply real world outcomes to construction would be preferred.
Ability to monitor Materials/Equipment and provide productive outcomes.
Compliance with specifications, project requirements, including quality assurance documentation.
Computer MS Suite literate and capable.
Have a methodical and organised approach to work.
Be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
A hands-on approach.
Candidates local to Rockhampton or Central Queensland are preferred, though FIFO or relocation packages are being offered for the right candidates. (Remuneration package to be negotiated).
