We're looking for a Food & Beverage Attendants who know the difference between average service and something people talk about on the drive home.

This isn't about running plates. It's about reading the room, owning your section, and delivering service that feels sharp, natural, and dialled-in - every time.

And let's be clear - this isn't a burnout role. No chaos for the sake of it. No unnecessary grind.

What You'll Own

• The guest experience - confident, warm, and in control

• Service that flows - no awkward gaps, no missed moments

• The detail - timing, presentation, and communication

• The story - wine, food, and the region (you'll learn it, then live it)

What We're Looking For

Someone who's done this before - and done it properly.

• You're quick, switched on, and don't need to be micromanaged

• You stay calm when it's busy - and better when it matters

• You get that hospitality is about people, not just process

• You take pride in doing things right - not just getting through service

We are looking for Casual Front of House Team members. (Saturday and Sunday)

Being flexible to work weekends, public holidays and occasional evening events, you possess a RSA and Food Handler certificates.
