E-commerce Sales & Growth Coordinator

About the role

We are a premium Home Sauna & Ice bath supplier based in Perth, Western Australia.

This role combines customer service, sales, and marketing responsibilities. You will follow up with potential customers and warm leads, help them with product questions, and guide them through their purchase journey. You'll manage customer communication across phone, email and CRM, own Klaviyo email marketing including campaigns and segmentation, and create branded customer experiences. The role is office-based in Subiaco and offers room to grow. This isn't a traditional customer service role where you'll spend all day answering emails, nor is it a high-pressure outbound sales position.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with potential customers and warm leads who have shown interest in saunas and ice baths

• Help potential customers with product questions and guide them through their purchase

• Manage customer service and ensure customers have a great experience from purchase through to post-sale

• Manage day-to-day customer communication across phone, email and CRM

• Own Klaviyo email marketing, including campaigns, automated flows, segmentation and ongoing optimisation

• Find new ways to nurture leads, improve conversions and generate more sales

• Create and design customer welcome packs, product information, post-purchase material and other branded customer experiences

• Develop new ideas to improve the overall customer journey

• Support promotions, product launches and broader marketing initiatives

• Use AI extensively across marketing, customer experience, sales and everyday workflows
