About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverage leadership team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the operation of a large-scale, multi-venue hospitality environment encompassing restaurants, bars and entertainment spaces. This hands-on leadership role offers exposure to a diverse range of food and beverage operations and is ideal for a hospitality professional looking to broaden their leadership experience within a complex hospitality business. You will play a key role in leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the achievement of departmental financial and business objectives across multiple outlets. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operation of restaurants, bars and food & beverage outlets across the Club. Lead, mentor and develop supervisors and team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensure service standards are consistently executed across all venues. Assist with rostering, labour management and workforce planning to achieve operational and financial targets. Manage guest feedback and assist in resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Support menu launches, promotions and food and beverage initiatives. Assist with stock control, inventory management and monthly stocktakes. Monitor beverage operations, including cellar management and reporting. Assist with budgeting, reporting, purchasing and cost control activities. Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, Food Safety and workplace health and safety requirements. Drive a positive team culture aligned with the Club's values and service standards. About You You are a passionate hospitality leader who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and leading teams to deliver exceptional service. You will bring: Previous experience in a hospitality leadership, supervisory or management role. Strong food and beverage operational knowledge. Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams. Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience working within a fast-paced hospitality environment. RSA and RCG Competency Cards. Food Safety Certificate. Current First Aid Certificate. Current NSW Driver's Licence.
