Hotel Service Manager / Hotel Service Supervisor

Club Tropical Resort are looking for a Fulltime Hotel Service Manager/Hotel Service Supervisor.

We are looking for a fast & reliable learner, who is a team player.

RMS software experience desirable but not necessary
General Admin & Computer skills required
Checking in/out of guests
High customer service skills required
EFT & Cash Handling skills
Availability to work weekdays & weekends. Weekend work is required
Morning & Afternoon/Evening shifts
Friendly & professional manner
Telephone etiquette
Determining work requirements and allocating duties to Housekeepers
Talking with managers to coordinate activities with other organisational units
Maintaining attendance records and rosters
Explaining and enforcing safety regulations
Overseeing the work of the unit and suggesting improvements and changes
Discussing with workers to resolve grievances
May perform front office and hotel reception duties

Salary starting from $70,000 to $85,000 per year.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
