Project Manager – Commercial & Civil Fencing

🏗 PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL & CIVIL FENCING

📍 Perth, WA | Full-Time Permanent | 2 Positions

An established fencing business in Perth is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver commercial, civil and infrastructure projects.

🔧 The Role

You'll be responsible for taking projects from planning through to completion, including:

• Managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Coordinating labour, materials, plant and equipment
• Reading drawings, plans and site layouts
• Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress, quality and productivity
• Liaising with clients and site supervisors
• Resolving issues and keeping projects on track
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently

👷 About You

Project Management experience within construction, civil or a related industry
Confident reading drawings and project plans
Strong understanding of construction environments
Experience coordinating teams, materials and equipment
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and client-management skills
Practical, hands-on approach
Able to manage multiple projects at once

Fencing experience is advantageous, but not essential for the right construction/civil Project Manager.
