Experienced Concreter Crew Members - SLAB & PAVERS WANTED

About the role

Premier Concrete Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Concreter for full-time role for PAVING & SLAB CONCRETERS in Hallam, VIC. You will have the opportunity to work as a crew member, responsible for delivering high-quality slabs, pathways and paving for domestic work. This is a hands-on role where you will work as part of a team to complete concrete projects to tight deadlines.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing site

• Prep & finishing concrete, pathways and paving to specifications

• Smoothing and levelling concrete surfaces using trowels and other tools

• Operating / working with our concrete pumps, vibrators and other equipment as required

• Monitoring the curing process and implementing protective measures

• Dismantling and clearing the site once the work is complete

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Concreter is a must, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently

• Concreting experience required

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

• Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding work

• Ability to work safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find the best solutions

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
