The opportunity
Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for supporting healthcare services that make a real difference in the community? We are seeking a dedicated Administration Support Officer to join our Allied Health & Chronic Disease Care Team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality, client-centred healthcare services. This flexible, client-focused opportunity is ideal for those with healthcare administration experience, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving access to quality care, supporting innovation and service growth, and making a real impact in community health.
About the Role
As an Administration Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive administration and operational support to our multidisciplinary clinical teams. Working closely with clinicians, managers and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate a range of administrative functions that support day-to-day service delivery and patient care.
This will include administration tasks such diary management; interpreter bookings; booking, rescheduling, and cancelling clients and group therapies; room and resource booking; and general administrative tasks including liaison with other departments as required to enable Allied Health & Chronic Disease Care teams to deliver accessible, high quality, safe, and sustainable services.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Allied Health & Chronic Disease, this Permanent part-time (0.6 EFT) position, offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across a range of AccessHC locations, including Doncaster, Hawthorn, Richmond, and Lilydale.
