Business Operations Coordinator

Enso Homes is seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to become the administrative hub of our growing business. Reporting directly to the Business Owners, you'll provide support across sales, operations, marketing and office administration, helping ensure our team delivers an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideally a full-time position; however, part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate, you will be working in our Geelong office.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll coordinate office administration, maintain CRM systems, support sales and marketing activities, assist with client events, improve internal processes and provide administrative support across the wider business. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, communicates confidently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
