We are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a high-performing project team delivering a premium residential development, based on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established project with a respected builder and play a key role in delivering exceptional finishes through to practical completion.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Managing all internal finishes trades and daily site activities
• Coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme milestones
• Driving quality control and maintaining exceptional finishing standards
• Conducting inspections, defect management, and rectification works
• Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to ensure timely delivery
• Maintaining a safe, productive, and well-organised work environment
• Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the finishing stages



What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on medium to high-rise residential projects
• Strong understanding of finishing trades, sequencing, and defect management
• Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience working on large-scale residential developments highly regarded
