Help Shape a Brand-New Role in a Growing National Business 

As Lotus Commercial continues to grow across Australia, we’re creating a brand-new position within our national sales team. 

This newly formed Internal Sales & Retention Executive role has been designed to strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, support existing accounts and create additional growth opportunities across our expanding customer base. 

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting the next stage of our growth journey. This is an office-based role where you’ll work closely with customers, operations and the sales team to ensure opportunities are captured, relationships are strengthened and customers continue to receive the high level of service Lotus Commercial is known for. 

About the Role 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Following up customer cancellation requests and implementing retention strategies 
• Managing change-of-ownership opportunities to retain customer sites 
• Qualifying inbound leads and customer enquiries 
• Managing low-value and single-site opportunities 
• Preparing quotations for additional services, filter exchange programs and spare parts 
• Supporting non-key account management activities 
• Assisting with pricing reviews and implementation of the company Price Management Process 
• Following up quotations and opportunities to improve conversion rates 
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer activity 
• Working closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience 

Who We’re Looking For 

This role would suit someone with experience in: 

• Internal sales 
• Customer service 
• Account management 
• Sales support or administration 
• Operations coordination 
• Service-based industries 

Experience in hospitality, facilities management, contractor services or similar industries would be advantageous but is not essential. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Builds strong relationships with customers 
• Enjoys helping people and solving problems 
• Is highly organized and detail-focused 
• Takes ownership and follows through 
• Communicates confidently and professionally 
• Can manage multiple priorities at once 
• Has a positive, proactive attitude 

Knowledge of commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning or filter exchange services would be highly regarded, however full training will be provided.
