Customer Service and Admin Assistant

CDA Brendale is looking for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, solving problems and being part of a busy team.

You could already be working in internal sales or the trade industry, or you might come from an experienced retail, shopfloor or customer service background and be ready for your next step.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales and administration. You’ll help customers find the right products, prepare quotes, process orders and build long-term relationships with our regulars.

What You'll Do

• Serve customers in the branch and over the phone
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders
• Provide product advice and help customers find the right solution
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and help grow sales
• Complete daily banking and general branch administration
• Assist with deliveries and customer pick-ups when required

About You

Previous industrial experience would be great, but it isn’t essential. We’re open to someone with a retail, customer service, internal sales or trade background who is ready to learn and take on more responsibility.
You’ll need:

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or a trade
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence dealing with customers in person and over the phone
• A practical approach and willingness to learn technical products
• A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
• An MR licence would be advantageous, but isn’t essential
