About the role
This position is responsible for planning, budgeting and monitoring delivery of the Gross Rental Valuation (GRV) and Unimproved Valuation (UV) programs. Working closely with Valuation Services leaders, the role ensures the right resources are in place, supports effective workload planning, and identifies practical ways to improve how work is allocated and delivered. The role also leads a small team that coordinates data gathering and contributes to data verification and quality assurance activities.
In this role, you will help keep the valuation program on track by coordinating planning, resources, data and quality activities so the team can deliver reliable valuation outcomes for the Western Australian community.

About you
You will be well suited to this role if you enjoy bringing structure to complex programs of work and helping teams stay organised, informed and on track. You are comfortable working with data, resources and program information to support planning, monitor progress and identify practical solutions. You will also be confident building strong working relationships across teams, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and supporting a small team to deliver accurate and timely outcomes. Your approach is proactive, collaborative and considered, with the ability to balance detailed coordination with broader program priorities.

This is a full-time permanent position, however part time arrangements may be considered. Further offers may be made as other similar (permanent or fixed term) role arise.
The recommended applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process prior to appointment.
