Care Suites Manager - RAC

About the Opportunity 

Seasons Living is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join Care Suites. Reporting to the Executive Manager Care, you will oversee Care Suites, our Residential Aged Care (RAC) facility at our Mango Hill community.

This is an exciting role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Care Suites ensuring high quality service and maintaining a safe and well presented environment for our residents.

While this role is primarily Monday to Friday, the business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As part of the role, you will participate in a rotational on-call roster and may be required to respond to after-hours calls and provide support during critical situations.

What you'll be doing

• Driving occupancy through proactive sales and relationship management  

• Managing enquiries, tours, and admissions  

• Coordinating resident move-ins and maintaining occupancy pipelines  

• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels, rostering, and care minutes (in collaboration with Clinical Managers)  

• Overseeing facilities, hospitality services, and environmental presentation  

• Ensuring a high-quality resident experience through effective service delivery  

• Ensure the effective coordination and completion of clinical care services in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. 

Who we're looking for
You are experienced in the aged care sector and a highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service and support.
This is a non-clinical role that works closely with the Clinical Manager.

You will bring:

• Experience in aged care, health, retirement living, hospitality, facilities, or residential service operations.

• Experience in sales, admissions, occupancy management, or customer engagement.  

• Previous experience in a leadership role.

• Knowledge of aged care quality standards, residential agreements and respite admissions processes.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A passion for delivering excellent outcomes for older Australians.

• Experience working with referral networks including hospitals, discharge planners, GPs, and allied health. 

• Experience using rostering, occupancy, CRM, procurement, or care-related systems

• Unrestricted Australian working rights. 

• Current National Police Check.
