Younger Pest Management is a locally owned and operated business servicing Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter region. We take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and professional pest control solutions for homes and businesses and we’re growing!

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our team.

About the Role

• Perform inspections, treatments, and pest prevention services for residential and commercial clients.

• Diagnose pest activity and recommend/implement tailored solutions.

• Maintain accurate service and safety records.

• Work independently with the support of a small, friendly team.

• Deliver excellent customer service, every time.

What We’re Looking For

• NSW Pest Management Technician License, (Termite Experience preferred). Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history suitable for operating company vehicles.

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude

• Reliable, honest, and ready to learn

• Holds a valid Working with Children Check and current National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
