Your Opportunity
As a Case Manager with the Safe Steps Service in South Hedland, you will support children, young people and families impacted by family and domestic violence, helping them navigate challenges, strengthen their wellbeing and build safer futures. Through compassionate, trauma informed and culturally responsive practice, you will provide practical support, advocacy and tailored case management that empowers clients to achieve their goals and increase their safety.
Embedded within the local community, this role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with young people aged 12 to 25 and their families, delivering support across office, outreach and community settings. Working alongside experienced colleagues and community partners, you will help connect clients with the services, resources and opportunities they need to heal, grow and thrive.
