Bartender & Front of House Staff – IL BACIO Italian Restaurant

IL BACIO is a growing Italian restaurant in Canning Vale, specialising in authentic Italian cuisine, Neapolitan-style woodfired pizza, handmade pasta and a great selection of wines and beverages.

We are currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our FOH team.

-BARTENDER

We are seeking an experienced Bartender who can confidently work in a busy restaurant environment and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Taking beverage orders and assisting guests with recommendations
• Working closely with the FOH and kitchen teams
• Following responsible service of alcohol requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
• Must be available to work weekends
• RSA required
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wine and spirits
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
