Job Description: Fibrous Plasterer

Location: Perth, Western Australia

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install various types of fibrous plaster products including cornices, ceiling panels, and decorative moldings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements.
• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary treatments.
• Mix and apply appropriate plaster materials, ensuring consistency and quality in craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with construction teams, ensuring timelines are met and adhere to safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior plasterers as required.

Desired Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fibrous plastering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality results.
• A proven track record of teamwork and collaboration in a construction environment.

Salary & Benefits:
