Foreman - Structures

We are proud to be partnering with one of Austalia’s largest construction contractors who deliver landmark projects across government, health, institutional, civil and commercial industries. Their projects are nationally-renowned and include both government and private sector clients and can surpass $1B  in scale. They will be a major contributor to building South East Queensland’s Olympic and Health infrastructure

There is a current requirement for an experienced structures foreman to join the project team on a $200M Health project which will become a vital part of QLD's infrastructure plan. Large decks, multiple crane teams - this will be a well-organised Tier-1 project and the team will then move on to a project as part of the Olympic infrastructure plan

• Full experience across Split package structure -site establishment, piling/foundations, basement dig, basement structure, main tower structure and tower crane
• Ensuring SWMS and OHS compliance with all structural trades (Steel, concrete, formwork)
• Undertaking weekly safety walks and closeout of items, compliance with  safety procedures
• Pre-pour inspections Daily pre-starts with subcontractors, sequencing - 2 week look ahead programmes
• Understanding of Aconex/or Procore Software

 This Top-tier building contractor is set to undertake some of SEQ’s major projects and be a major contributor to constructing the much-anticipated Olympic infrastructure as well as hospitals, and major commercial developments and towers.
