Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and interior styling advice
• Oversee visual merchandising and showroom presentation
• Prepare staff rosters and manage team performance
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor KPIs including conversion rates and average transaction value
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors, luxury retail or homewares
• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Consultant
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion for furniture and interior design
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems
• Available to work on Saturdays

Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
