You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Developing a structured sales approach through needs analysis to drive meaningful customer conversations, deepen relationships, and foster customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Utilising NAB's CRM to record activities, sales opportunities, and specialist referrals, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.
• Assisting in writing, processing, and executing lending proposals, providing tailored financial solutions to healthcare clients.
• Proactively manage risk, adhere to compliance requirements, and escalate issues as identified, ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.
• Utilising your expertise, knowledge of the business lending process and customer obsession to manage your stakeholder relationships and portfolios.

You’ll bring to this role:

• Business banking and relationship management experience. Established relationships within health sector, or a strong desire to expand into health preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders with varying levels of financial circumstances.
• Strong risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures.
• Resilience and adaptability to an ever-evolving industry.
• A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial judgement.
• Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
