A hands-on sales and revenue operations role that keeps the back office of the sell-to-bill process running: contracts issued accurately, timesheets reconciled to budget, ProjectWorks and trackers clean, and billing ready on time. It works closely with sales, delivery and finance, brings order and accuracy to the day-to-day detail, and keeps everyone working from the same numbers. This is an execution-focused role, with room to grow into a broader commercial operations remit.

Execution role at its core. The commercial engine (contracts, timesheets, systems and billing inputs) needs someone who keeps it accurate and moving day to day. Sales owns deals and negotiation, finance owns billing and revenue recognition, and delivery owns execution; this role keeps the paperwork, data and numbers straight across all three.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly client reporting and performance updates.
• Support sales pipeline tracking and forecasting.
• Administer CRM data quality, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate statements of work, renewals, and extensions.
• Follow up on and escalate outstanding contracts as needed.
• Liaise with client procurement and finance teams to resolve outstanding items.
• Act as a key link across Sales, Finance, and HR to keep workflows moving.
• Manage leave tracking, approvals, and timesheet coordination.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support.
• Create and maintain consultant profiles and client-facing materials, including decks and SOWs.
• Provide ad hoc support to local and global leadership and help manage day-to-day business administration.

• 6-10 years of experience in sales operations within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Experience coordinating statements of work, renewals, and extensions.
• Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and Xero, or comparable tools
• Strong Excel: formulas, pivot tables and lookups (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP) for trackers and reconciliations
• Experience working closely with sales, finance, HR, and leadership stakeholders.
• Experience liaising with external client teams, including procurement and finance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy across contracts, data and reconciliations
• Version control and reconciliation across contracts, ProjectWorks and timesheets
• End-to-end process awareness: sees how an SOW change flows to finance, delivery and systems
